John Gunter serves as the Chief Operating Officer of HDS Technology Group, bringing over a decade of expertise in IT infrastructure and service delivery. Since stepping into the COO role in January 2024, John has been instrumental in refining HDS’s daily operations, driving smooth service delivery, and aligning operational strategies with the company’s long-term vision. Known for his proactive and hands-on approach, John ensures every facet of HDS’s operations is finely tuned to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

John joined HDS in 2018 as a Service Delivery Manager, where his leadership and dedication set a new standard for service excellence. For over six years, he optimized service delivery processes and led his teams with a clear focus on efficiency and client satisfaction, significantly contributing to the company’s success. His results-driven approach has consistently elevated the customer experience and streamlined internal operations.

Prior to HDS, John gained valuable experience at Dole Food Company, where he held pivotal roles in IT management. As East Coast Infrastructure Manager, he oversaw IT operations across multiple facilities, ensuring top-tier project management and infrastructure support. His tenure as IT Supervisor further honed his skills in team management and technical operations, laying the groundwork for his impactful career at HDS Technology Group.
